Sales Representative

We are looking for someone with the following skills:

  • Excellent sales skills;
  • Knowledge / experience / studies in the IT field are necessary for a good understanding of the carried out activity;
  • 2 years experience in B2B sales in the IT area;
  • Experience with Hardware solutions (Lenovo, Dell, HPE, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Watchguard) and Software solutions (Red Hat, Microsoft, VMware, Acronis, etc.);
  • Attention to details for a good communication with the technical department in order to build the right solutions;
  • Customer-oriented attitude – anticipates the customer expectations and adds value to meet the requirements;
  • Communication and presentation skills – structures their ideas and focuses on important issues, listens actively, answers concisely and clearly;
  • Energetic personality, positive thinking, kindness and efficiency;
  • Advanced knowledge of English;
  • PC operating knowledge (PC or MAC, Office, Internet, etc.);
  • Ability to set and achieve company development goals;
  • Ability to analyze and organize;
  • Seriousness, professionalism;
  • Driving license – category B.

Job description:

  • Maintaining the current client portfolio;
  • Processing orders;
  • Tracking and renewing existing subscriptions;
  • Making offers in accordance with the customer requirements and specifications;
  • Placing and processing orders with suppliers;
  • Promoting and selling services and products distributed by the company;
  • Carrying out commercial contracts or orders with the company’s partners;
  • Preparing and administering databases on new / potential customers;
  • Participating in online auctions in order to attract new projects and partnerships;
  • Daily registration in the company’s information system (ERP) of customer information and results of service activities;
  • Updating the offers of IT products and services;
  • Issuing invoices and documents necessary for the delivery of sold products;
  • Ensuring the delivery of the ordered products to the final customer;
  • Compliance with deadlines;
  • Coordination with the support and services department;
  • Assistance in the development of customized services.
